A little bit about me...
Originally from Los Angeles California, Ivan made Colorado his home back in 2006. His passion to help others has always been an important value in his life. Ivan’s background in the restaurant business allowed him to sharpen his communication skills, as well as to develop a love for catering and taking care of people’s most important needs. Ivan relocated to Houston for 2 years with a close restaurateur friend. There he was able to continue his passion to help others not only through his love for the restaurant industry and great customer service but also through real estate. He was introduced and given a chance in real estate when he had the opportunity to work with and be mentored by a broker in Houston, all while working on his Business degree. Ivan finished his Associates of Arts in Business and came back home to Colorado. Now he has been completely focused on making an impact on his community by helping others reach their real estate goals, dreams, and more!
